Surendran J, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Success Gyan, is the pillar behind the organization’s values, vision, and purpose. He aims to bring the world’s best mentors and transformational learning experiences to the world. He started working at 18 after his father's death and took up entrepreneurship not out of choice but out of necessity. In 2006, after experiencing setbacks in business ventures, he attended Brian Tracy’s event which transformed his mindset. In 2012, he hosted an event with Tracy and also co-authored the bestselling book “Success Recipe” with him.

Praveen J, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Success Gyan, leads the implementation of the organization's mission and vision and in managing all its operational functions. He is the driving force behind the growth and success of the company through his creative ideas and innovative strategies and supports in accomplishing all the functions efficiently. He believes in creating a healthy work environment in the organization, for which he actively engages with employees through open and free communication and also mentors and guides them.

Global Stage Expands
This was the year India met greatness again! John Gray and Jack Canfield made their Indian debut, transforming how leadership and learning were seen. Success Gyan also crossed borders, hosting Mahatria Ra in London, the first step in taking India’s wisdom to the world.

India Meets the World
In a historic leap, Success Gyan brought legends like Robert Kiyosaki and Les Brown to India for the first-ever National Achievers Conference. The same year, the Millionaire Mind Intensive arrived, introducing India to personal development on a global scale.
2016
India’s Own Voices Rise
For the first time, a homegrown business coach, Rajiv Talreja, joined an international panel of experts proving that Indian coaches could inspire the world. It marked a turning point where Indian expertise began shining on the global transformation map.
